These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Artshula website and the purchase of products and services offered by Artshula (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.
Artshula reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Business Model
Artshula operates as an online creative retail business offering print-on-demand streetwear, accessories, art prints, and digital artwork commissions. Products are manufactured individually upon receipt of order through third-party production partners.
3. Products and Descriptions
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur due to screen display differences and the nature of print-on-demand production.
All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Artshula reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
5. Order Process
Once an order is placed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
As all items are made to order, production will begin shortly after purchase. Artshula reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or product availability concerns.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, production times, and third-party courier services.
Artshula is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at ursula@artshula.com, including your order number and supporting photographs.
Where a claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, illustrations, designs, branding, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Artshula unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders where misuse is identified.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Artshula is committed to protecting customer data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.
Personal data is collected and processed solely for purposes including order fulfilment, customer communication, and service improvement. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of essential service providers.

Artshula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
