Return Policy

At Artshula, every product is made to order through a print-on-demand service. This means each item is produced specifically once an order is placed, helping reduce waste and overproduction. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

- Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.

- Change of mind.

- Minor colour variations caused by screen/display settings.

Please carefully review sizing guides and product descriptions before purchasing.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact Artshula within 7 days of delivery at ursula@artshula.com with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, a replacement, exchange, or full refund will be offered where appropriate at no additional cost to the customer.

 

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

Damaged or faulty items

Incorrect items received

If you require a different size or colour, a new order may need to be placed.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch as soon as possible. Artshula will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
